Third Party Processing Fee

All basic processing services including disclosures, submission to underwriting on lender website, working conditions taking the loan through to closing. Payment is collected and paid at closing.
Simultaneous 2nd Lien Processing Fee

If we are processing the 1st lien we register and submit a simultaneous 2nd lien to an approved lender for a fee. Payment is collected on the 1st lien and paid at closing.
Jumbo, Manufactured and Non-QM
